Made to Excel on Every Terrain

Ace's robust fat-tyre electric bike is engineered to perform its best on any terrain. The ACE-X Plus+ boasts increased power and range as well as a set of high-quality components that ensure great handling on rough trails and city streets alike.

With its 250W motor (unlockable to 750W), the ACE-X Plus achieves:

A 25 KPH top speed (unlockable to 45 KPH)
An 80-KM max range
A hill grade of up to 25%

Thanks to the addition of a more powerful motor, more efficient battery, and a front suspension, the ACE-X Plus+ elevates what already is a premium model for off-roading.

Power and Versatility Combined

Both robust and adaptable, the ACE-X Plus+ handles everything from sandy beaches to steep hills. With its upgraded 750W Bafang motor, there is additional power for tackling hills and headwinds. On the other hand, a Custom Master Control unit offers advanced diagnostics and light integration.

The combination of front suspension forks and 20 x 4-inch Kenda krusade mud tyres allows this fat-tyre electric bike to absorb bumps and maintain control across rough terrain. Meanwhile, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes are added to ensure sufficiently powerful stopping.

Extended Range

To elevate the performance of its sibling, the ACE-X fat-tyre e-bike, the ACE-X Plus+ is equipped with an enhanced 20Ah Samsung battery that uses larger 21700 cells. This provides 30% more capacity, resulting in a longer 80-KM range on a single charge.

Furthermore, the removable GEN3 battery comes with a smart battery management system that monitors your performance and keeps it optimised for safety and efficiency.

Enhanced Design

The reinforced ACE-X Plus+ frame now supports more accessories, which makes it better equipped to carry more essentials. The battery also removes easily for convenient and safe charging.

Plus, an extended seat comfortably accommodates two riders, which gives you the option to enjoy shared adventures.

SHIPPING

Electric Kicks ships out your order through Priority Express couriers, free of charge, anywhere in Australia. No minimum order required. Generally orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, usual delivery time takes:

Perth - 1-2 days (5-7 days if not shipped from our Perth warehouse)

Electric Kicks Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Electric Kicks will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes or mistreatment under any circumstance. Nor does it cover burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration ie pushing the scooter past its limitations. Additionally all weight load limits need to be adhered to and failure may result in warranty becoming void. Warranty does not cover water damage.

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF YOU “FLASH” or edit your scooter firmware in any way.

Please also note that servicing is not covered under warranty.

The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the later of either: (1.) the original purchase date of the Product (2.) the activation date of the Product (if applicable, eg. for the Segway Scooter range via the Segway App or (3.) 12 Months or 1,000kms of distance travelled; (4.) Warranty does not apply if the Scooter is being used as a courier vehicle (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc); (5) The warranty is not transferable if the unity is on sold to a third party or a second hand purchase of any kind; and applies to the Product in the following ways:

Tyre, brake, handlebar grips, decals and board tape/grip board are not covered under warranty as they are considered wear and tear items. Additionally freight is not covered nor refundable under warranty.

Should you need to submit a warranty claim, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Should Electric Kicks replace your scooter, replacement scooters are not covered by further warranty or repairs.

APOLLO SCOOTERS WARRANTY

All Apollo scooters have an industry-leading warranty comprised of a 24 month warranty - 12 month warranty + 12 month cost price servicing and spare parts.

Warranty coverage includes all scooter problems that are not from wear and tear, from stem to component failure. Components covered by warranty are: throttle, turning shaft, frame/folding mechanism, controller, LED lights, battery/BMS, motor, brake calliper, suspension, and charger.
