When we bought this item we thought we were getting the wedge pillow ,but we got the wedge pillow case only , obviously we didn't read it properly, so we have a big pillow case and no pillow to put in it ,the pillow case is great

The product is not cold enough and it stays cold for only about 5 minutes. The idea of the Cocoon Knee Flex is excellent though

Gel pillow keeps your head cool. But the round bit on pillow doesn't work on neck.
