When we bought this item we thought we were getting the wedge pillow ,but we got the wedge pillow case only , obviously we didn't read it properly, so we have a big pillow case and no pillow to put in it ,the pillow case is great

Amazing. Such a great item for my post op recovery. It’s portable, and my husband moves it from the lounge to the bed, and gives me a great nights sleep even with the pain.
