Very happy with this product. I purchased two for a double bed and I've put 20cm under the foot end of my mattress, and 10cm under the head end of my mattress (eliminating the need of one pillow each side). The 20cm rise at the foot of the bed has helped reduce the swelling in my feet and ankles effortlessly overnight. So very happy as this has lessened the pain and makes walking around easier too.
