I’ve just got this bed for 2 weeks so yet I do not have comment about the quality. Delivery was good service, all packages came in within a week after 2-3 days of order. You definitely need 2 people to assembly this bed, packages came with plenty of small parts. You also need the drill/ screw driver as well for conveniences and reduce time because there are lot of crews, parts are solid pine wood therefore handful equipment would help a lot. So far, the bed is good look as in describe picture and sturdy, I’m happy with it.

Love the flip out sofa it is convenient for the kids to use. So was disappointed with the quality of the material as it easy tears and should have more give. Would not recommend buying these to anyone. Have previously brought the ones from big w and they were fantastic just too small for older children.
