If you ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us and we can swap it for the correct product, or offer you a refund for the full value of the product. This needs to happen within 30 days of purchase and the product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.
If you have ordered a product but you changed your mind:
You can return it to us and we will refund the full value of the product if you notify us within 10 days from your purchase. The product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.
You received a faulty product or your product has broken down within the warranty period: If your product is faulty when you receive it or it breaks down sooner than expected with normal usage, then please let us know and we will look into it and replace or refund if necessary. If the product falls under warranty and needs to be replaced or returned, then we will cover the expenses for the return shipping.
