Bakballs is a portable easy to use device designed for self-treatment of back pain and to aid spinal mobilisation. It can be lean against or lie on to treat back pain and stiffness. BakBall was designed by a qualified physiotherapist, Mark Alexander (BPhty Hons) Australian Olympic and Commonwealth Games Triathlon.

Indications

Ideal for self treatment of back pain & stiffness, long term treatment of back-related conditions.

How does it work?

Position the ball horizontally so that the spine runs vertically between the two balls and patients lie on the device. The pressure exerted at each vertebrae of the spine mobilises the painful and stiff joints providing relief of symptoms. By moving down to each vertebrae, relief can be achieved from the upper to the lower back.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
