I used them before, they are very hard which helped my fallen arches condition. The first pair I bought from my podiatrist, this second one I bought it from Deal which saved me 50% on the price. Also it was easy to adjust them to my exact shoe size by following over the line drown on the inserts.

As far as I know Ortholife is the only brand which makes this product. It’s perfectly suited to my particular back condition and is very helpful! Highly recommended.

I am very happy with Vasyli products and have them installed in all my 'going out' shoes, unfortunately they are starting to get expensive, however this product still rates second to non.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.
a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
