I’ve wanted to try an acupressure mat for ages and couldn’t resist this at the price. My neck and back tension are definitely eased when using and I do find it relaxing! Receiving the mat, neck roll and included carry bag was great value.

I have just stared to use this mat. It looks like it may work. I little hard to use for the first time but I put up with it as my friends just love them

I am thrilled with the shakti mat, it is lightweight so good for traveling, removable cover so hygienic, plus it seems to do everything it claims, improved REM sleep Appears to have a positive effect on my well-being So very satisfied customer, really quick delivery too Well done
