The powder-coated steel frames make the lounge set sturdy and durable, and thanks to the weather-resistant and waterproof rattan, it is low maintenance and easy to clean. A sturdy storage box in the corner has ample storage space to keep cushions, pillows, extra blankets, toys, books or other knick-knacks organized and within reach. The thick, soft cushions and pillows, made of water-repellent polyester, add to its seating comfort. In addition, the covers are equipped with zips and thus removable and washable.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
