The glass for the table came smashed in the box, the instructions were confusing and not straight forward and the pillows for the couch are very thin.

Great garden lounge for a great price. As other have mentionned, there are A LOT OF SCREWS to put together all the pieces but once you get how the pieces go together, it's an easy (but long) process. The only thing I ould have wiched would be for the cusions to be more comfortable (they look thick, but it's mostly fluff) and to be able to attach them somehow on the lounge elements. Overall it's a great deal for that price.

My lounge arrived super fast prior to Xmas, beautiful looking lounge however the cushions are quite thin so it’s not that comfortable but I will add more to both seating & backing and that should do the trick, quite happy overall.

Bought this product as it was cheaper than most others for the size but I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. Cushions are pretty basic and the back cushions fall over in the slightest breeze. Construction of the seats is fair however I wouldn't trust them to hold too much weight. The cover that is provided does not fit the couch unless you literally dissemble the couch back to individual seats and tetris it into a rectangular shape with pieces stacked on each other. This was confirmed by Customer Support who told me the cover was only for storage purposes. If you want a lounge that doesn't require you to pack it away after every use to keep it covered when not in use (and it being an outdoor lounge then that is every time you are not using it!)…then I would recommend looking at other options or buy a cover from somewhere else that actually fits.

I am in love with products ,wich by the way I put together by myself. Delivery was quick. From four items came 3and 4th arrived day later. No problem. Very happy with service and product. Now just waiting to get my alfresco blinds toput sitting ansamble outside.

This is a great product, however the instructions are difficult to follow and you would need some advanced handyman skills for assembly, I found the screws, both large and small are not very good quality and they strip out at the centre very easily, but when assembled it's great, we have ordered some extra foam rubber for under the cushions, just for added comfort.

Nice and strong cushion are not to thin great price and fits nicely in our small court yard.looking forward to many summer days and night relaxing with a nice wine while setting on my comfy new couch.
