This poly rattan sofa set, consisting of 2 corner sofas, 4 centre sofas, 1 coffee table, 1 ottoman, 8 back cushions and 7 seat cushions, will offer a stylish seating area for your garden or patio.

Thanks to the weather-resistant PE rattan, the patio sofa set is easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily outdoor use. The powder-coated steel frames make the set sturdy and stable. The set is lightweight and the modular sections can be easily combined into different configurations. This set is also delivered with the highly comfortable, thickly-padded seat cushions and back cushions for the ultimate comfort. The low-maintenance polyester cover can also be removed and washed. This set needs assembly.

If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
