Ordering was easy especially when delivery was free to our home, however AUSPOST claim they couldn’t find our address so we had to pick up the 4 boxes on 2 trips from their depot!! Mind you we’ve never had a problem before or after with AUSPOST deliveries - the maximum weight of one box was 19.something kg! Enough about AUSPOST but MY Deal must look more closely at their delivery contractors. Got the 4 boxes, assembly instructions not that good, so first piece took well over an hour, but if you learn the process & where holes are located it gets easier & quicker and then it’s together! (However, we were one bolt short in the package - luckily I had a similar but longer bolt and washers to build it up to make sure it was tight! Together this product is good and I recommend it, except if AUSPOST is given delivery!

Love my new outdoor furniture know that I have it. I kept getting emails to inform me that they day of delivery had changed. In the end I called the company to find out when it would be delivered . Only to find out that they didn't have my full address. So phone call to me would have been nice to get my full address 🙃. When it did arrive there were no instructions to put it together so had to do a google search. All in all I'm happy with my purchase

Pretty solid but the cushions are very thin making it very u comfortable to sit on. Had to buy new thicker cushions for it.

Perfect for our family the colour suits our deco, the seating is a bit small not suitable for very big people more than 90kg. Everyone loves the colour as its different. Took a while too put together

Not very good quality. Cushions are very slippery. Doesn’t stay in place at all. They should have some strips to tie back. I will have to Do it myself now. In front of guests it make us feel Shameful as they also said it’s slipping let’s go inside and sit on inside sofas. How embarrassing

I was sceptical but it arrived super quick and was easy enough to put together if you have the right drill bits (hex/Alan key drill bit thing) was a little rough to the touch but we gave them a light sand and stain and they came up great. Amazing for the price. The pillows are good too just not in the photos.

We bought this set as an affordable solution for our balcony. It's not terrible. The cushions are not as firm/full as they appear in the photos, they are comfortable enough I suppose. The wood, whilst the real stuff, was splintered and splitting in places as I opened the boxes. You will need a masters in furniture construction and a lots of patience to put it together. We used a drill with an allen key bit instead of the key and also for the screws - that saved some time, i recommend it. It doesn't have hardware to hold each section together, we used cable ties. It hasn't got ties to hold the cushions in place - I sewed my own on. Overall we are happy with the setting for the price, but manage your expectations - you get what you pay for.
