Good works well says not to use in rain or wind. Vague instructions especially for the amount of sand required you will need to buy. Works well easy to use. The join polls could be a little longer for the joins. Easy to put up and take down. Solar lights work well. Put through 37C day test with glass roof balcony with green house effect. Temperatures varied at different heights but able to escape via vents surface temperatures on tiles dropped to 34C average upper temperatures higher to be expected at these temperatures with glass roof. Temperature not covered by shade hit 58.6C (no exaggeration) in some areas around shade umbrella around tile level. Temperature average above shade was 47C which is consistent with previous tests. Air current temperature tests were good created good air current circulation through convection that was previously lacking. Dramatically dropped indoor temperature of apartment to safe levels via the shade created on the balcony. The temperature indoors sat around 29-31C compared to previously where it was unsafe to stay in property. Do not use near outdoor gas heaters. Keep clear. Warning Don’t sit in such temps! Was worried about temps with solar batteries. Solar lights didn’t get too hot. 10/10 don’t use in stronger breeze.

For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
