This high-quality outdoor sofa set combines style and functionality and will become the focal point of your garden or patio.

The whole furniture set is designed to be used outdoors year-round. Thanks to the 100% aluminium frame, the sofa set is easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily use. The seats are made of textilene, which is comfortable and weather resistant. The thick, removable seat cushions, back cushions and armrest cushions are comfortable and washable.

Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
