The new Segway Xafari trekking electric bike combines thoughtful design with rugged engineering to comfortably handle diverse terrains. Thanks to all-terrain tyres, adaptable suspension, and smart features, you can enjoy stability and control on everything from neighbourhood paths to challenging trails.

With its 750W motor, the Segway Xafari achieves:

A 50 KPH top speed (unlocked)
A 58 KM max range
A hill grade of up to 25%

Smart Power, Natural Feel

The Xafari's robust 750W motor delivers 80Nm of torque and provides reliable assistance that helps you tackle hills and resist strong winds. Meanwhile, a stepless gear system adapts to your pedalling rhythm.

Out of the box, the Xafari's top speed is set to 32 KPH. A special firmware update will be available in March that allows you to unlock a higher top speed. When unlocked, the Xafari will reach 50 KPH.

In addition, the Xafari is also fitted with a high-energy-density 936Wh battery that offers a good range for exciting outdoor rides.

Built for the Real World

Thanks to its 26 x 3-inch tyres, the Xafari creates maximum traction and stability on all surfaces. Working with the all-terrain wheel set is a full suspension system-with an 80mm front and 70mm rear wheel travel-that absorbs impacts from rough roads.

On the other hand, the trekking e-bike's attractive yet ergonomic design takes centre stage in giving you a comfortable and easy-to-control ride.

Technology that Matters

The Xafari's smart and adaptive technology enhances your ride. For starters, the headlights intelligently adjust to riding conditions, while proximity sensors automatically lock and unlock your e-bike as you approach or leave.

Plus, a multi-functional dashboard gives you access to real-time updates on your riding speed and distance. It also serves as a navigation aide and a fitness tracker.

Advanced Security and Tracking

Your Xafari trekking e-bike is protected by a comprehensive security system. Thanks to AirLock, motion detection alerts, and tracking through Apple Find My and GPS Dual Module Tracking, you can easily locate, monitor, and secure your electric bike.

Electric Kicks ships out your order through Priority Express couriers, free of charge, anywhere in Australia. No minimum order required. Generally orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm.

Electric Kicks Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Electric Kicks will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes or mistreatment under any circumstance. Nor does it cover burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration ie pushing the scooter past its limitations. Additionally all weight load limits need to be adhered to and failure may result in warranty becoming void. Warranty does not cover water damage.

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF YOU “FLASH” or edit your scooter firmware in any way.

Please also note that servicing is not covered under warranty.

The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the later of either: (1.) the original purchase date of the Product (2.) the activation date of the Product (if applicable, eg. for the Segway Scooter range via the Segway App or (3.) 12 Months or 1,000kms of distance travelled; (4.) Warranty does not apply if the Scooter is being used as a courier vehicle (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc); (5) The warranty is not transferable if the unity is on sold to a third party or a second hand purchase of any kind; and applies to the Product in the following ways:

Tyre, brake, handlebar grips, decals and board tape/grip board are not covered under warranty as they are considered wear and tear items. Additionally freight is not covered nor refundable under warranty.

Should you need to submit a warranty claim, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Should Electric Kicks replace your scooter, replacement scooters are not covered by further warranty or repairs.

APOLLO SCOOTERS WARRANTY

All Apollo scooters have an industry-leading warranty comprised of a 24 month warranty - 12 month warranty + 12 month cost price servicing and spare parts.

Warranty coverage includes all scooter problems that are not from wear and tear, from stem to component failure. Components covered by warranty are: throttle, turning shaft, frame/folding mechanism, controller, LED lights, battery/BMS, motor, brake calliper, suspension, and charger.
