Unlike ordinary "L"-shaped chairs, the "S"-shape of the Obus Forme Backrest Supports mould your spine into a more anatomically correct position, and help to enhance overall posture by supporting proper spinal alignment.

The unique polycarbonate "S" - shaped frame with polyurethane foam gently supports the natural contours of your spine.

The patented lumbar pad is removable, adjustable and it provides additional support for the lower back by filling in the lumbar curve. It offers additional back support that can be customized for individual needs.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
