Consisting of 2 chairs with polyester cushions and a matching table with a glass top, this attractive and durable setting will be a comfortable place to relax on your balcony, poolside or deck for many years to come.

Featuring UV treated PE rattan weaving over steel tubing, waterproof cushions, and 5mm clear tempered glass, it cleverly and compactly stacks away when not in use.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Change of Mind Returns

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods. We will accept a change of mind if:-

the claim is lodged within 14 days of delivery.
a proof of purchase can be shown.
a Return Authorisation (RA#) is obtained from us in advance of goods being returned. Please do not organise the returns without notifying us first. We do not accept returns to be delivered in person to our warehouse.
the goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.

Deliveries

Claims relating to product damage upon delivery should be notified to our customer service team as soon as possible.

In the case of your purchase being delivered damaged, our service centre representative:-

May request photos of the damage.
Will offer a replacement or refund.
Will issue a Return Authorisation (RA#) for the damaged product to be collected and returned to us at our cost.
Please contact our service centre, Our service centre representative will assist with providing a return authority number.

Faulty product

If you have received a product which is faulty:-

Please contact our service centre, our service centre representative will assess the claim.
If there is a minor fault, we can offer either a replacement spare part, replacement unit or other suitable remedy.
If there is a major fault we can offer a replacement, repair or full refund
If the product was damaged through abnormal use, no refund or repair can be offered.
