    A flat pack, without the cheap feel and look. I needed to set an office up for my husband upstairs so an an already built desk was not an option. If you are familiar with flat packs, you will have no trouble putting it together. If you are not, just follow each step, take your time and you will be fine. Lots of space, as you can see, there is plenty of room for 2 large screens (ignore the chair). Husband loves it.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Products will usually be dispatched within 2 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery times vary by location, and regional and rural areas may take longer.

If the premise is unattended our delivery provider may leave a card at the address and you will need to pickup the delivery from the outlet noted or contact the delivery contractor to arrange redelivery. Delivery fees are based on delivery to the door of a Ground Floor. If the delivery is in a multi-story building the delivery company will not travel past the ground floor front door.

Deliveries will usually occur Mon-Fri (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods, unfortunately we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time.

Please refer to the Return Policy for information on faulty or damaged items and change-of-mind returns.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods. We will accept a change of mind if:-

  • the claim is lodged within 14 days of delivery.
  • a proof of purchase can be shown.
  • a Return Authorisation (RA#) is obtained from us in advance of goods being returned. Please do not organise the returns without notifying us first. We do not accept returns to be delivered in person to our warehouse.
  • the goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.

Deliveries

Claims relating to product damage upon delivery should be notified to our customer service team as soon as possible.

In the case of your purchase being delivered damaged, our service centre representative:-

  • May request photos of the damage.
  • Will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Will issue a Return Authorisation (RA#) for the damaged product to be collected and returned to us at our cost.
  • Please contact our service centre, Our service centre representative will assist with providing a return authority number.

Faulty product

If you have received a product which is faulty:-

  • Please contact our service centre, our service centre representative will assess the claim.
  • If there is a minor fault, we can offer either a replacement spare part, replacement unit or other suitable remedy.
  • If there is a major fault we can offer a replacement, repair or full refund
  • If the product was damaged through abnormal use, no refund or repair can be offered.
