As Christmas approaches, our store is experiencing a significant increase in orders! First of all, thank you all for your support and trust in us. Due to the surge in order volume, our express deliveries and inquiries may be slightly slower than usual.
Here, we sincerely remind you:
1. Delivery time: Due to peak logistics periods, the delivery of some orders may be delayed. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
2. Inquiry response time: Our customer service team may take longer to process inquiries, please be patient.
All parcels come with a tracking number and do not require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to be left in a safe place.
We partner with courier companies such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriersplease.
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Toyberry will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Toyberry, you will not be eligible for a return.
You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Double Clothing within 30 days.
Products comply with local Minimum Warranty Expectations, which is 3 months.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
