Please contact us with your order number and we will organise for the item to be returned, however freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns won’t be issued for change of mind if product seal has been broken, product has been used or worn.
If you are looking to refund an item under our change of mind refund policy, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving within 24 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the products are damaged during logistics, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with evidence of this damage.
