How does it work?
Position the door strap at the top of the door jamb so that the pulley is on the non-opening side of the door, then close the door securely.
If the rope is too long, make knot at the rope end to adjust the rope length.

Returns - Due to hygiene issues, if an item is to be returned because it's not suitable or the wrong size, we will only accept a return of the product if it has its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.
a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
