Thanks to the weather-resistant and waterproof PE rattan, the lounge set is easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily use. The seat features a sturdy, powder-coated steel frame, which is highly durable. It is also light weight, making it easy to move around. The stool can be moved around freely to suit your personal needs.

The thick, removable seat and back cushions with vertical fiber cotton filling ensure ultimate seating comfort. The easy-to-clean polyester covers with concealed zippers can be removed and washed. The modular rattan lounge is very flexible and can be easily moved around to suit any setting!

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
