Now 45 cm is underneath space incredible for storage for small spaces and appartment. Coming to assembly, i have never ever seen such simple instructions to follow and bed itself is so easy to assemble under 40 mins single person. But if you are after looks then it may not attract you. Perfect mattress support. One tip, using bed ruffle valance can make the looks beautiful by covering the underneath storage space and make your bedroom eye catchy.
