If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

every fitting is a Philips head screw and after the first one you do with a screwdriver you go get the driver drill...like i did. even in very low torque setting the square tubing collapses or the particle board shelves give out on the pre-drilled corners making everything lose and wobbly. there is also no indication or pre-drilling where the locking ratchet arms attach to the underside of the lid....it's really awkward to sort this out and there is NO MARGIN FOR ERROR because of the cheap particle board.... and the computer stand on the side can't hold the weight of a mini tower without bending and dropping it on the floor. all in all....it may do the job, and it may give you ideas for future products...but it is cheap, and I've had more expensive purchases disappoint more.
