If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Its great value, ..a little difficult to assmble, everything is easy to assemble except the back, there are 4 bolts which may not line up, ..as the holes might be a little off being verticle so if you just run a drill through the holes just to straighten the hole, it all comes together nicely and you can't over tightedn the screws as you might strip out the ferrules your screwing into, ..but it is a good build the equal of something from IKEA
