Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Arrived almost put together, just had to attach arms, 3 screws each, and put on the casters mainly. One screw was a bit awkward, came with allen key so no tools required. Had to search for a YouTube video to figure out how to tilt - untighten screw with oval knob on right (when sitting), and pull out lever on left . Without the tilt, the chair is rigidly upright. Materials are good quality, wheels are fast, back support perfect as was previously suffering with muscle fatigue due to no lower back support.
