Urea has been medically proven in various clinical studies to have extraordinary anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties that promotes fast healing of dry cracked split skin, eczema, psoriasis, corns, callus and other types of problem skin.

The urea in the highly therapeutic urea cream is a white and odourless powder produced from salt compounds and doesn't come from any animals or humans. Urea is non-toxic, non-allergenic, colourless and odourless.

Found in the surface layer of the skin (epidermis), urea plays a vital role in maintaining the skin's moisture balance and the suppleness of the skin.

The 25% urea based cream is recommended for use as a heel conditioner.

It may also be used to help remove dead tissue in some wounds to help wound healing.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
