Very easy to use. It's a little early to see the full effects. My skin does feel softer after using it. The package should have had an extra band, which I didn't receive. A little disappointed as if the one attached to cleanser breaks where do I get another . I do love the fact that it has a charger, not relaying on batteries. The first photo shows the band I was referring to
