Our warehouse is closed from 24th December 2024 to 26th December 2024, and 1st January 2025.
Delay in delivery may occur for orders placed between those dates.
To increase chances of receiving orders before Christmas:
VIC area - order before 11th December 2024.
All other areas - order before 9th December 2024.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days of receiving full payment.
If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or where possible an alternative product.
All orders will be dispatched by Australia Post courier and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

Interstate: 3-10 business days
All BRAND MERCHANT products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
These express warranty terms are in addition to and do not limit any right or remedy you may have under the ACL.
RETURN POLICY
Returning a product if you change your mind
If you have changed your mind about a product, BRAND MERCHANT will consider your return provided that:
BRAND MERCHANT may refuse to offer a change of mind return where the above conditions are not met. The amount refunded would be for the cost of the product minus all the shipping cost incurred by BRAND MERCHANT including the original shipping cost and the returned shipping cost. BRAND MERCHANT will not authorize a refund until the product has been returned.
Return Process
If you wish to make a return under this policy, you will need to:
1. Contact us via the Marketplace Message portal.
2. The BRAND MERCHANT support team will determine if a return is acceptable in the circumstances. At this time, our support team will provide you with any additional details that you may require to complete the return process.
3. Once the customer support team has confirmed the details to you, you must return the product to BRAND MERCHANT as soon as possible.
4. Upon receipt of the returned product, BRAND MERCHANT will assess the product to determine if the return will be accepted and a refund provided.
