I have received this bike 2 weeks ago. Good customer service and delivery time I would have given 5 stars if not for the following issues: A) Seat does not go up and down to adjust to a proper height level for a 5ft3 person B) Resistance knob should be in front column visible to the rider and not on the side. I need to get up and check the resistance level I am on. On the other hand, the recumbent bike runs soft and smoothly I would appreciate if Everfit could fix these issues in future productions 4 Stars only
