Remedy was founded by Sarah and Emmet Condon in 2012. They started brewing kombucha at home, noticing that many drinks in supermarkets were either unhealthy, falsely marketed as healthy, or healthy but unpalatable. Their solution? Creating a tasty drink that's genuinely good for you. They believed healthy didn't have to mean boring and launched Remedy with this ethos.
We typically dispatch our goods within 48 hours. From there, you can expect 2 - 8 business days Australia wide. Most capital cities can expect 1-2 day delivery times.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Defected products are those that exhibit defects due to manufacturing faults or damage during transit. In the event you receive defective products, the following procedure applies:

Refunds are accepted when products have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after the product has been delivered.
