Health wise, I prefer this salt to the normal table salt and it hasn’t a bitter taste.

I love MSG. As long as you don't overdo the amount, it is brilliant for enhancing the flavour of your dish. I use about half a small teaspoon in a medium sized wok 26-28 cms. Thanks MyDeal 😊

Great tasting salt. Purchased it primarily to drink with water daily to assist with Magnesium absorption. Celtic salt is renowned for this. Very happy with my purchase.
