Our Thick Lanyards are designed so that you can use both of your hands for any activity whilst knowing your phone is safely close to you to use on the go! No pockets? That’s not a problem anymore if you have our thick phone lanyards. We have numerous designs for you to choose from that will compliment your outfits or become a fashion statement. With an adjustable 2 layer rope, the phone strap makes it easy to adjust to wear either around your neck or crossbody without it being at an awkward length.

This will come with a strap card to be compatible with any full coverage case, so you don’t need a “special” phone case to use it.

Shipping Details

Happytel will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times.

Sydney Metropolitan: up to 5 Business days

Change of Mind Returns

Happytel will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

The items are returned within 28 days of purchase, and
The item is returned in saleable condition. The item is unused, in the original sealed packaging, tags attached, the item must not be broken or tampered with, the manual and accessories are included

Excluded Change of Mind Items

Please choose carefully when purchasing as the following items are excluded from our Returns Policy and will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

All protective masks are excluded due to hygiene and quality reasons.
All hand sanitisers, disinfectant products are excluded.
In-ear earphones, due to hygiene reasons in-ear earphones, we are unable to accept a returned for change of mind.

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind due to the nature of printing and monogramming.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products are covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty, which will be outlined on the product or supporting product documents. Please contact us if you are unsure if the products have a manufacturer’s warranty.
