This generator produces 1600-watt continuous power rating, and 2000-watt peak power rating at approximately 59db, which means that you will be able to power more electrical equipment than before and is the perfect power solution for the job site, camp site or if you are just using it for backup power at home or office.

Return Policy

Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.

Opened Products

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.

All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
