1. Return conditions
We allow unconditional returns within 30 days after receiving the goods (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product). However, the returned goods must be unused, undamaged and uninstalled, with all original packaging intact, including accessories, manuals.
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong goods, please contact us in time after receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and bear all related costs.
2. Return process
Online purchase return: For items purchased online, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs: For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product), customers should bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Policy
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different model or color), please first return the original item through the returns process. Once your return has been processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
