Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

  • heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
  • consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
  • health products;
  • jewellery;
  • toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
  • intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

  • we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • This is a wonderful kettle. I drink tea and this is just the right kettle for a tea drinker. It's neither too big nor too small, just the perfect size. The 'keep warm' function is marvellous for that second cup of tea in winter mornings or if you're still cooking that scramble eggs. Also the different temperature you can choose for heating the water depending on what kind of tea you're drinking or even to make gravy or other stuff is such a bonus. The only thing I wish for is for the spout to be a little curvier for pouring. But overall, I love this kettle. It's a great little kettle. I also like to include that at the time of writing this review I've been using this kettle for 4 months and loving it. For those who are scared the glass may break, don't worry, it's not pure glass like it would easily be broken when dropped or heated. It's more a light glass-plasticy kinda wear. I recommend this kettle to anyone looking for something like this. Buy it, you won't regret it.
