Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents where possible. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.

Takes about a week to get here on hinterland Sunshine Coast which is pretty good. They have the good sense to put different tracking numbers on each carton so cartons get separated they are easy to track. Good Australian beer
