Mercury Genuine Draught is a classic style cider with a slightly darker hue. This product has a perfect balance between the sweetness of cider and the sharpness of the apple.
A classic pub style cider with a slightly darker hue and a pleasant balance between crisp and sweet characters. Straw-like in colour and a light foam. The freshly cut, sweet apple aroma and lightly cooked, spiced apple sweetness on the palate, is balanced by a delicate tangy sharpness on the finish.
