Most solar charge controllers move power from a higher voltage panel to a lower voltage battery bank. This controller, in contrast, pump electricity up hill.
This controller will take a lower voltage panel and boost the voltage to charge a 12V battery pack. In fact, the GVB's will work with almost any panel that's below your battery voltage.
Larger panels are cheaper per Watt than smaller panels, so using one large panel and a boost controller results in a significantly lower system cost than smaller panels in series with a conventional charge controller.

High-Speed MPPT: Always on Target
Not all Maximum Power Point Tracking controllers were created equally. Most use a sweep and sleep method that scans the entire voltage range every 30-60 seconds. That's okay for a clear day, with a stationary panel. But moving vehicles and changing cloud cover require a faster, more advanced controller. Genasun controllers adapt to changing light conditions 15 times every second. They are always on target, capturing every bit of available sunshine. Simply put, other controllers can't keep up.

The GV-Boost solar charge controllers carry a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Genasun's warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or operation beyond the rated specifications.
Orders will be sent via Australia Post in most instances. If the order cannot be sent via Australia Post (due to size, weight, etc) then a courier service will used. Delivery times vary by location. Orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse within 1 business day.
Returns/Exchanges are accepted on all products for 30 days after purchase. Warranty time frames vary from product to product and will be honoured in line with the manufacturers warranty statements.
If an item arrives and is not as described or not in working order, please contact us through the messaging system and will arrange a refund or re-delivery (customer chooses). Incorrect/Faulty item must be returned to Solar 4 RVs. Postage costs will be covered by Solar 4 RVs.
Change of Mind returns will be accepted if the item is returned to Solar 4 RVs in ‘as new’ (including un-opened packaging) condition. Customer to cover postage costs to return the item. Customer can choose from refund (100% less postage) or exchange.
Warranty claims must come through Solar 4 RVs, not the manufacturer. If we require the item to be returned to us, postage will be at the buyers expense. If the warranty claim is approved, a replacement item will be dispatched free of charge.
