We purchased this love seat as per your description We assembled the seat and have found this product to be of very low quality the timber is very soft so we can’t tighten the screws firmly. When we sit on the seat it sways badly and feels like it’s going fall apart. We are an elderly couple and feel your product is not safe for use. We would like the seat removed and want a full refund.
