Shipping Information All orders placed online will be shipped using an Express service and cannot be picked up from our warehouse or other stores. Orders received before 12 pm AEDT (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Any orders received after this time will be sent the next business day. RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to accept exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Please note for all "change of mind" returns, your item must be returned to our warehouse in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost in returning the product. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend that you use the option of tracking your parcel. Your refund will only be processed once your item has been received.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange for used bedding items.
Every order is inspected by our QA Department before it leaves our Warehouse, this is to ensure you receive your product in good condition.
If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault, then you need to contact us immediately. If there is a manufacture fault or the goods are damaged, we will refund at the purchase price & offer a return label.
All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition. This means all packaging and labels must be attached. Failure to comply by this will result on the goods being returned to you and no refund will be provided.
Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed. Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
Steps for Exchange:
Place and pay for a new order on the website to secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.
Send back the items you are exchanging with the exchange/return form filling it in with the RA number provided.
When we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process a refund accordingly.
