It works good and handy. It's help me relaxing but it doesn't have a safety when it getting hooked hot. However it's a good quality product.

The reason for this purchase was for changing my sleeping position to side sleep to reduce the snoring. Last few days recording from Snoreab app does not appear to show I am a heavy snorer. Hard to say if this help. Personally the pillow is soft and conform to my head. Only thing I am concern with is the pillow case, it looks flimsy and may not last.
