Great product. Works nicely not to hard. The head/shoulder part suits taller people. I dont get it on my shoulders as Im shorter. The vibration on the seat is not greatly placed as there is only one and its in the middle. I dont use that feature.

I have only had this massage mat for 2 weeks but I found it really good. The heat in it is quite noticeable and there is many different combos of the massager itself to use. Whether you want to target 1 area or many I recommend this. My sister was looking for 1 as well and after trying mine has gone and bought herself one too.
