I went and sat in 30 + chairs at Office Works etc. because I was reluctant to order something I could not sit in and try. I reuctantly ordered it and I was pleasantly surprised. Negatives - it is very firm and has a stupid foot rest that is useless. Money better spent on padding. Positives + No other chair was better in my opinion. Colour, design, comfort, and two adjusters (height and recliner work well). I would buy it again. PS get a peice of hi density foam 30 x 30 cm and 5 to 10 cm thick.
