Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

The rollers roll very smoothly. It gives my study a classy look. The only thing is the cushion is a bit thin so my bum gets a bit sore after a few hours... nevertheless I'm really happy with the purchase.

I'm really happy with it. I was worried the black may look cheap and shiny but it's nice and matte. For a chair that's not hugely padded, I find it really comfy
