We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns
4. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I was a bit sceptical of ordering from my deal but took the risk and am so glad I did. The chair was a great price and arrived very quickly (western sydney). Love the colour and the quality is fantastic for the price. It's also comfy enough to spend a large portion of the day sitting in it. Very happy & highly recommend.
