Delivering full foot comfort and cushioning, the EMU Australia Platinum Eden slipper wraps your feet in natural Australian double face sheepskin to keep them cosy and snug. Built on a hardwearing outsole, these slippers can be worn inside and out and provide an easy slip-on option.

Fitting Notes:

The Eden slipper can be a bit on the small side with the fluffy sheepskin making it harder to push your foot all the way to the end, so if you're in between sizes or have a particularly broad foot we recommend sizing up.
The sheepskin will soften so if they feel a little snug but your heel isn't hanging off the back then they will be fine with a few wears.

Shipping Details

We know you’re eager to get your new shoes as soon as possible so we hustle to get your order out fast! All our orders are sent with super speedy Australia Post Express.

If the shoes you purchase are available at our warehouse, they will be dispatched on the day you order them (orders placed before 4pm AEST).

If you order on the weekend or outside of business hours, your shoes will be dispatched on the next business day. If your shoes are not available at our warehouse, we have to transfer them from one of our five stores which can add a maximum of 2 days to this process.

We currently only offer refunds for returned items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt
Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in a parcel bag to protect the shoes and their box. Please do not attach anything directly to the box.
