The sandals are excellent. They arrived promptly, fit perfectly, are a lovely colour, are super comfortable, and, for MBT shoes, were a reasonable price. I am, however, not happy with the supplier, BStore. A second pair of MBT sandals that I purchased from BStore at the same time are huge and not the EU41 women's size ordered. BStore has yet to respond to a THIRD request from MyDeal to contact me and, thereby, enable me to return these sandals and get a refund. I am very glad that I purchased via MyDeal because their customer support team are very good and is prepared to take action on my behalf.

This stuff is great for resealing and maintaining the cork soles of your Birkenstocks. It’s easier to use than Shoe Goo and creates a better finish. Unfortunately one of my soles cracked. I have been unable to get the crack to hold together.

perfect for Tasmanian climate. comfortable to walk in and waterproof. Good grip for wet surfaces such as jumping on rocks along the beach. Better than similar brands I had tried. Good insole

If the shoes you purchase are available at our warehouse, they will be dispatched on the day you order them (orders placed before 4pm AEST).
If you order on the weekend or outside of business hours, your shoes will be dispatched on the next business day. If your shoes are not available at our warehouse, we have to transfer them from one of our five stores which can add a maximum of 2 days to this process.
We currently only offer refunds for returned items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:
Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt
Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in a parcel bag to protect the shoes and their box. Please do not attach anything directly to the box.
If the above conditions are not met, we may be unable to accept your return.
