  • The product was well packaged and is exactly as described in the advertisement. Speedy delivery and good communications with My Deal. The walker is easy to set up although the instructions are a little unclear. I did have to adjust the belt to align properly and not veer to one side but that was easy once I found out how and the belt has remained aligned since. So far I am very happy with the product, it’s very manoeuvrable and doesn’t take up much room, easy to store. The walking pace is easily varied with good choices. If I had to criticise it would be that the handle you hang onto could be a little higher in height or if the company could make an adjustable handle to suit various heights would be great! Overall, very happy with my purchase, My Deal and the delivery company.
